INTENDED USE
A mechanical listening device designed for listening to sounds from the heart, lungs, and/of gastrointestinal tract from adult and paediatric patients. It comprises a membrane at the listening head connected by a dual tube to the headgear with ear olives that are placed into the users’ ears.

Stethoscope of either ""Littman"" of ""Rappaport"" type, for listening to sounds within the body walls, used for pulmonary and cardiac auscultation.
Double cup, dual-use (adult and paediatric auscultation) chest piece in stainless steel of chromed brass of Zinc alloy.
Adult diaphragm: 43mm to 45.5 mm
Paediatric diaphragm: 28mm to 31.5 mm
Adjustable arms in stainless steel of chrome brass with flexible spring treated to give lasting spring and maximum reliability and comfort.
Sensitivity 3.2 dB to 26dB in a range from 50Hz to 500Hz for cardiology.
Sensitivity 8.1 dB in a range from 600 Hz to 1,500Hz for pneumology."

Tube made of PVC and is crack resistant.
Tube impervious to outside noises, guaranteeing full transmission of sound, good auditive quality.
